They are not visible in the movie and are not present in the restored Ecto-1. The rubber floor mats which Eaglemoss provide at Issue 45 were originally an accessory sold by Cadillac dealers to lay on top of the footwell carpets, so whilst not entirely wrong for a Cadillac model they are wrong for the Ecto-1.
